Frequently asked questions

1. Where is the conference being hosted?

Great question! Given restrictions with COVID-19, we are running the conference completely virtually. We will be sending out personalized links for your specific breakout rooms for networking and workshops. We’ve optimized the numbers for networking numbers to be around 3 students: 1 firm rep. The goal is the maximize the amount of time every student has to interact personally with every firm.

2. How do we get our swag bags?

We will be sending out a form for your preferred time to pick up the bags from Ivey . We will be conducting these pick-ups across a few days to abide by COVID policies and to be as safe as possible.

3. How do I get a coffee chat?

All delegates are required to fill out a delegate profile prior to the conference. These profiles will be sent to all firms running coffee chats; Pepsi, P&G, and Unilever. These firms will pick 15-20 students who will have the opportunity to coffee chat a firm representative 1-on-1.

4. How does networking work?

Networking will be happening in breakout rooms, designed to give students as many opportunities as possible to interact with the firms they would like to meet. We will be sending out a form after your ticket is purchased, where you fill out your preference for firm workshops and networking. We will be filling sessions on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5. Do I have to be present throughout the whole thing

Yes. We will be taking attendance, and the only way to get the Swag bags is to attend every session.

We will email you your specific workshop schedule. Please contact us at iveymarketingclub@gmail.com if you run into any issues with this.
